QQube for QuickBooks Version 5.67 (Build 347) | CLEARIFY

Release Details - May 11, 2015

Overview

This is a full install and will upgrade versions 4.1 thru 5.x in place.  Those with versions before Version 4.1 will need to uninstall that previous version before installing 5.6x

Current users of QQube will be sent notices and upgrade options.  New users need to request the link for a trial download. Installation instructions will be found here.

New Features

• Updated SQL Anywhere Engine.  The latest SQL Anywhere updates are included in this version
• General Ledger Detail.  Added a separate Document Memo field to be able to mimic certain types of Detail Profit and Loss Statements. The document memo is available for each line if detail if needed.

Bug Fixes

• Sales Rep Information.  Fix issue in Sales Rep Dimension where E-mail, and several other fields from the employee rep record were not showing the correct information.
• Multi-Currency USA. Fix issue where bill payment checks, and bill payment credit cards were not showing the correct foreign amount, and exchange gain/loss.
• Inventory Transfers in Excel PowerPivot.  Fix issue with duplicate LineID's.  This would previously cause an error in Excel PowerPivot.
• Enhanced Inventory - Item Receipts.  Fix issue for incorrect values on item receipt lines where QB Enhanced Receiving is turned on, and COGS entry gets created by QB.
