Error: Unable to get Item Property of PivotTables class | CLEARIFY - Page 1

Hi, I am getting an error on refreshing the data for payroll data in Excel. The data was loaded successfully last night and I tried opening the table in Excel and get this error on Refresh All:

Unable to get the item property of the PivotTables class

I saw in a prior thread that sometimes you need to update individual tables manually and not run refresh all. How does that work when you first pull up the file and it has the sample data? I thought you always need to run a refresh all. Thanks for your help!

I would create a private ticket, by doing the following:

• Highlight the last log in the QQube Configuration Tool, and Hit the SEND to CLEARIFY button to auto create the case.
• Go that case, and attach your spreadsheet to that case, and an engineer will respond promptly.
