Can i set up Qqube with Quickbooks enterprise just like we did with Quickbooks desktop?We have a power bi file that we would like to keep after we transferred from QB desktop to enerprise.

With regard to how QQube interacts with QuickBooks, there is essentially no difference between any desktop version.
Second, whatever work you have previously created will work after your QuickBooks upgrade.
You are simply going to upgrade your copy of QuickBooks, remove and add the company from the QQube Configuration Tool, and then reload your data from scratch using the run all / clear all method as shown in the pictures in this document: Maintaining QuickBooks Data Integrity in QQube | CLEARIFY
Once the synch is complete, you can open up your Power BI file with no modifications or connection string manipulation. It is all automatic.
Yes but can QQube work with enterprise? This is the online cloud hosted version of QuickBooks?
Can we move the qqube app to this cloud location and have it still run?
Yes. Whether QB Enterprise runs in the cloud or on a local network, it is still running as a desktop application on a physical machine. One is off premise, and one is on premise. No difference as to how it works.
how do I install qqube on the enterprise cloud?
can I download and login? Do I have to uninstall my previous application on my local machine?
You need to get with your hosting provider - as they would handle this process. I am gathering from your post, that you have not done so.
