AR and AP Turnover Ratios for last 30 days

Subscribe to RSS
  • I am looking for a way to generate A/R Turnover (net sales/ Av A/R) and AP Turnover (Purchases/Av A/P) ratios for the last 30 days.

How do I go about doing that?

IF previous forum posts answer that question, please point to them, I was not able to find them myself.

You could use the Trial Balance Activity - which is a Financial summary subject in QQube.

You are going to grab the net credit sales activity (QQube Field - for income) (realize of course this means that the figure does not contain cash sales - only sales/credits/returns on A/R; if there IS Cash Sales in their total, and it is not separated out by account, then we would have to take a much more difficult road using the General Ledger Detail Subject)

Then you should take the month ending previous (QQube Field - for A/R), and add the month ending current (QQube Field - for A/R) - and divide by two to get your rough calculation of the average receivables.

The higher the ratio, the better
