Forecast Data in QuickBooks Premier | CLEARIFY

Is it possible to run a report that includes actual/budget/forecast P&L from QuickBooks Premier?  If so, how?  I have tried using:

• The Enterprise only versions and they (not surprisingly) don't pull any P&L data at all
• The Profit and Loss Detail report has fields for Budget and Forecast, but the values are all zero despite a budget and forecast being loaded into QuickBooks.

This is a limitation of the Intuit SDK (Software Development Kit).  With Enterprise we can use an additional method to extract certain data, but with Pro/Premiere we can only use the SDK.

Financial Summary (and by class) has actual and budget, but that is it.
