I am importing invoice history into crystal reports using Jan-22 format but it is coming across as Jan-80 for anything in 2022. Every sale with 2021 date is coming across as 21
My error log is not writing to the hard drive. Could be a firewall protection issue. How do you change the location the error log is being written to. I also am running an older version of Qqube.

The logs are internal, so they are easily accessible. See this guide: QQube Synch Logs Are The Key to Success | CLEARIFY
It is for a later version of QQube, but should apply.
The version you have was originally produced in March of 2014 is getting ready to be sunsetted along with all versions 5.x in about a month. And from what we can glean from our records, it is out of subscription.
It won't even run the latest versions of QuickBooks.
