I have a problem and am trying to see where to make a support request. I'm missing something. This is as close as I can get. Surely you don't create a ticket to the "top level community"?
Yes we do create at the top level community. We have inner communities for our Solution Providers and Partners.

Would wording would you suggest that would make it less curious?
