Data Accuracy

The QQube technology is a very mature product with over a dozen years in public use, and with a large customer base, it is stable and robust, and is vigorously tested with each release.

Accuracy requires four things:

1. Certain preferences set in QuickBooks.
2. Synchs with no errors (and no QB data corruption).
3. Understanding how QuickBooks organizes report data - and how we match to it.
4. QQube Engine logic.

The first three items fall under the customer purview and must be eliminated before we determine that item number 4 is incorrect.

99% of the time a complete reload of your data from scratch in QQube solves your problem - especially if it has been running correctly previously.

There are two instances where preferences may play a part in questionable data results:

• Assembly Builds Show No Items
• Inventory Discrepancies

If preferences are set correctly, then clear QQube, and reload your data:
