QQube Updating Procedure

Overview

Updating will keep your settings, and current reports intact.  If you are upgrading from Versions 6 or 7, you may need our assistance.

• You can even attach your reports in private.

Check Your Subscription

1. Check to see if your license is still active and in subscription
   1. If your license IS ACTIVE then you can install directly from the QQube Configuration Tool
   2. If your license IS NOT ACTIVE then proceed to the below section on Subscription Renewal

VERSION 10: Updates to fix bugs, and apply enhancements can be loaded directly from the QQube Configuration Tool. 

VERSION 6 AND 7:  For multi-user versions, you never install under your own name - only while logged in as the dedicated server user.

Subscription Renewal

If your license has expired, you can purchase a subscription renewal license at the CLEARIFY Web Store which will contain your new license and activation keys.

If you have already purchased a subscription renewal be sure to enter your new activation information before you perform the update.

	Single User (Workstation Only)
	Multi-User (Local Network Option)
	Multi-User (Hosted or Remote Desktop Environment)
