Sub-Report Page Numbers in Crystal Reports | CLEARIFY

Create independent Page Numbers for Sub-Reports

This is a very difficult function to understand until you have actually tried it.

1. If you want the page numbers to run across all sub-reports, just put page number field in the page footer.
2. If you want the page numbers to run for each sub-report, right click the sub-report; choose "Format Subreport" and un-check "Keep Object Together".
