Perform these steps only when a Ticket has been created, and you have been requested to do so by a QQube Support Person or Engineer.
First, make sure you are in single user mode. Then go to File > Create Copy...
Select Portable Company File and click Next
Give it any name you want, with a .QBM extension and click Save
You will see the following warning message. Click OK
A message appears showing that the Portable File creation is in progress.
When the process is complete, a window appears showing the directory where the file was stored.
Put the admin password in a notepad (text) file with the name of the file to be uploaded.
