The Customer Rep DIMENSION is by default linked to the Customer DIMENSION, rather than a FACT table. This allows you to filter/group your analytics without having to enter the Sales Rep Initial on the Transactions; and additionally helpful when Transactions don't even have a Sales Rep field available.
