Transaction Date is used in most transactions - except for Vehicle Mileage and Fixed Assets,
It is also separated from the estimate date, so that estimates won't be filtered out when doing a date filter in Excel.
The dates of my Purchase Orders only show as MMM, Apr for example. Date and year are impossible to show in reformatting cells or Field Settings in the pivot table.
This is the result of Excel "Grouping" which can be turned off for the column by right clicking and selecting "Ungroup". Excel will automatically create groupings for date columns e.g. year, quarter, month, date whenever you drag a date field into a pivot table. All dates in QQube are formatted as dates.
