This method of installation is in full compliance with the requirements imposed by Intuit for this type of sever environment.
REQUIREMENTS
INSTALLATION IS FIRST STEP OF 7 (One Optional)
The dedicated server user used for synching only. Nobody should log into that session to run reports, only check on issues that involve direct communication with QuickBooks and QQube.
INSTALLATION STEP BY STEP
You will log into the dedicated server user you created above (not the administrative console or "change user /Install"), and install the Mult-User sever portion.
The Multi-User server portion of this install will see three components installed
IMPORTANT: Versions 5.1 and later will auto set the correct firewall permissions. Earlier versions, you will need to add the following application to the windows firewall: C:\Program Files (x86)\CLEARIFY\QQube Tool\SQL Anywhere 12\BIN64\dbsrv12.exe (BIN32 for 32 bit operating systems)
IMPORTANT ALSO for Remote Desktop Services/Terminal Services: Ensure that within this dedicated user session, the Synchronizer Session is checked ( via the Configuration Tool). This should NOT be checked on any other user installation on the server.
QQube 5.6x users:
QQube before 5.6x:
Login to the administrator console for this portion of the installation. Do NOT perform this part of the installation logged in to the dedicated server user as you did for the Multi-user Server above.

Version 5.6x and later users should see the QQube Database listed in the box:
IMPORTANT checkpoint: Ensure that the Sycnhronizer Session and Database Manager is UNchecked for each user in the Configuration Tool.
