You receive a message in the log that says
***OR***
You see a message on the Configuration Tool that says 'QQube Synchronizer is not running'
SINGLE-USER
Go to Windows Start>Programs>CLEARIFY - QQube Tool>QQube Synchronizer to kick it off
MULTI-USER
Make sure that the dedicated server user created for the synch process is logged into and running. If the synchronizer does not kick-off automatically, then do the following:
There can only be ONE Synchronizer Computer on the server/network and exists in the dedicated, always on server user.
