FOR CAUSE 5
You will notice the following:
The fact that you didn't see the Excel Add-In the in list of add-ins point to the use of online Office 365 - never using the desktop installer.
To resolve this issue do the following:
login to your Microsoft Account and run the desktop installer.Run the vsto installOpen Excel and the QQube Add in should be available.
I followed these directions and got a message stating that the add-in was already installed, but if I look within excel (options-> add-ins) I find the QQube Data Warehouse under the "Inactive Application Add-ins. How do I make it 'active'?
I un-installed the QQube add-in from the control panel, renamed the add-in folder, then re-installed using the .vsto file and everything seems to be working perfectly now.
