Version 7.9 (Build 536) [12/12/2021]

BUG FIXES

Profit and Loss by Job, Profit and Loss by Job by Class

• Both of these analytics would return no data when loaded, and was introduced in version QQube 7.9 which was primarily released to handle several QB 2022 bugs.   This has now been fixed.

BUG FIXES

QQube Synch Log

• The QQube Synch Log was not showing the correct Operating System in all cases, and was not tooled for Windows 11.  The log now takes advantage of newer Windows development tools, and now shows a more complete description of the Operating System including the build number.

ENHANCEMENTS

QQube Synch Log

• We have added several new internal codes within the QQube log to help us better identify issues with the extraction process and certain internal codes returned by QuickBooks.

Excel Add-In

• We have added the ability to create a Profit and Loss List, as some customers create reports using array functions (e.g. vlookup) from dynamic ranges.

BUG FIXES

QuickBooks 2022 Payment Discounts

• The Account identifier and Class identifier for early payment discounts on bills via check or credit card, were returning incorrect values.   This effected several of the detail analytics.  We were able to provide a work around, that will negate the need to wait until Intuit fixes this bug - if and when they decide to do so.

Installation for New QQube Users

• People installing 7.7.531 on a workstation or server - where there was no previous trail or activated version of QQube, would see the install default to a multi-user client.  This did not affect upgrading customers.  This issue has been fixed.

BUG FIXES

QuickBooks 2022 Template Name and Type

• QuickBooks introduced a new template for Receive Payments, but unfortunately made the default name and type, both one character longer than what the SDK (Software Development Kit) allows.  Since the template name can't be deleted, and was introduced by Intuit after the current QQube Versions, the synch will throw an error.

QuickBooks 2022 as Only Installed Version

• If QuickBooks 2022 is the only installed Version (e.g. year) on a desktop, and you attempt to install QQube, the installation will fail. QQube will now detect QB as a 64 desktop application and install properly.

Open PO Amounts Missing Canadian Tax Amounts in Open Balance Amounts

• QuickBooks Canada includes tax amounts in the open balance amounts, and were not accounted for in QQube.  This has now been remedied with the addition of 4 new fields:
  • "OpenPO Line Tax Rate (CAN)",
  • "OpenPO Line Purchase Order Original Amount (CAN)"
  • "OpenPO Line Purchase Order Received Amount (CAN)"
  • "OpenPO Line Purchase Order Open Amount (CAN)"

Entity Class Not Showing in Excel Add-In

• Although Class for Customer, Job, Vendor, was made available in QQube a while back, it was not showing in the Excel Add-In. This has been fixed.  NOTE: This field is not available for Other Name and Employee Name entities.

Adjustment Lot/Serial Numbers not Updating

• the lot / serial numbers were not showing on QQube update synchs - and only worked on the initial synch.  Lot/serial numbers will now update properly when changed or adjusted in QuickBooks.

Sales Tax in Job costing shows as Income

• Sales Tax was not accounted for in the Job Cost Details Analytic, so if tax was an element in either non-posting elements e.g. Estimate, or posting elements e.g. Revenue, Payments, it would show incorrectly as income.  This has now been addressed, and includes two new dimensions:
  • Sales Tax Item
  • Item Sales Tax Code

Field Typos

• In certain instances the field named "Document Current Paid/Open Status" was incorrectly named  "Document Paid/Open Status", thereby leaving two names to filter on.  This has been fixed.

• In certain cases the prefixes for the Document and Date Attributes would be incorrect.  e.g. prefix would show as GLTxn instead of GLPLTxn.  This has been fixed.
• Ship method was incorrectly named "Shipe" method for several transaction types.  This has also been fixed.

Payroll Liability Adjustments showing for no item

• In Pro/Premier Only.  In general ledger and payroll analytics, an amount will show, having no tie to a transaction number, date, payroll item.  This has been fixed so that they don't show.

ENHANCEMENTS

Specific Speed Improvements

• Customers who used Excel for very large data sets from detail analytics such as Job Costing, Inventory and General Ledger, contacted our engineers via our ticket system, and expressed concern over the length of time it was taking to refresh their data from QQube. After discussion and an examination of our code, we identified several potential bottlenecks, and have addressed them in this version.  In most cases it will be a matter of seconds, but in others it could be up to 30 seconds.  Every bit helps.

• Because of the nature of this emergency release to cover QuickBooks 2022, we released it now, rather than having to wait for Version 10.

NEW ITEM

New Code Signing Certificate

• To ensure the integrity of our components, we use digitally signed certificates, which are issued by top level Certificate Authorities and required to be renewed every three years.

BUG FIXES

Installation for Upgrades

• In certain instances when upgrading from a previous version of QQube, you might see a message that says "Unable to open/read copy of QQubeEmpty database..."  This was the result of a missing utility - in the wrong folder.  This has been fixed

Upgrade Copy Procedure Missing Custom Field Definitions

• When copying the information from the old database to the new database during an upgrade, the custom field definitions were not getting copied over, requiring a reload of data to be usable.  This has been fixed.

BUG FIXES AND ENHANCEMENTS

Customer, Job, Vendor, Employee

• Fixed issue where the URL field(s) in the customer:job list contained UNC url's  e.g. starting with two slashes - and QQube only returned one slash.

Budget Information in General Ledger Detail

• Fixed issue where May, 2021 data was missing, and incorrectly labeled as 5-18-2021 instead of the expected 5-1-2021. 

BOM Explosion

• Fixed issue for BOM in multi-company implementations.  Each company is now accurate. 
• Provided enhancement to cases where assemblies have no items.  The assembly will now show in the list of sub-assemblies.  Previously it would only show as an item to accommodate Bug 097.
• Sub-Assemblies now show quantity.

In this example:

• The items in pink are sub-assembly quantities
• The items in yellow are top level assemblies with no items
• The item in turquoise is a sub-assembly with no item

Open SO

• Fixed issue where Discount Items were not showing in Open Sales Orders.  We also changed the original quantity to 0 and open quantity to 1 to reflect how QB shows discounts on its open SO reports.
• Fixed issue where assemblies with no items in Open SO with "is BOM explosion" option turned on would show incorrect status. 
• Fixed issue where Open SO would return incorrect amounts when "is BOM explosion" option was turned on. 

QQube Database Components

• SQL Anywhere components have been updated to version 17.0.10.6230

INSTALLER

Version 7.7 (Build 513) [08/14/2020]

BUG FIXES

• Fixed issues for customer contact lists, and customer notes, not loading in the Excel Add-In.

INSTALLER

• When installing on a machine where Avast Anti-Virus is running, the installer would quickly terminate on the first copy operation of the install - despite the fact that we have a signed certificate.  This has been fixed, so it won't be necessary to turn it off before installation.

• Fixed installer messages which did not accurately represent the actual activity - in order to avoid false troubleshooting.

POWER BI

Date Calendars

QQube implements a traditional data warehouse star schema, where values that don't exist in a FACT table, are represented by a "dummy marker", so that all joins are efficient inner joins, rather than "costly" left or right outer joins.   This is true for any DIMENSION, including Date DIMENSIONS.

However Microsoft has decided to implement their own methodology for a date dimension, where it is necessary to designate a Date DIMENSION as a "Date Table", with certain structural requirements.  It affects certain DAX date functions, without this designation.

In this release we accommodated this designation to allow customers to easily use the specific DAX date functions affected.

Cardinality

When relationships are established between the tables in our schema, Power BI allows us to assign a cardinality e.g. many to one, one to one with either singular or bi-directional filtering).

We have corrected all Cardinalities to properly reflect our Star Schema relationships:

1. All FACT and DIMENSION tables will have a cardinality of many to one, with single-directional filtering.
2. The only exception will be a FACT table tied to a Line Attribute DIMENSION, where the cardinality will be one-to-one, and bi-directional filtering.

POWER BI FIXES

• The formula for Days Between Sales was fixed in Build 508, but it included all sales document types.  It is now filtered for only Invoices and Sales Receipts - and can be changed by the user.

INSTALLER

• When upgrading in place, the QQube installer attempts to shutdown the existing QQube Service. On certain machines with either slower processors, or larger QQube databases, the expected time to do so is longer, and interferes with other installation processes.  This has been fixed to accommodate any length of time.

Version 7.7 (Build 508) [08/10/2020]

BUG FIXES

• Fixed issue where Bill Addresses were not showing in the Geography folder for the Purchases Analytic.
• Fixed issue where grabbing the Line Service Date from the Excel Add-In inside of the Purchasing Analytic would cause an error.
• Fixed issue where grabbing the Line Service Date from the Excel Add-In inside of the Open Purchase Order Analytic would cause an error.
• Created a work around to a unique issue in the UK versions, where if a job does not have the VAT Country field filled in, the SDK would simply not extract the job.  Additionally, if you left the VAT Country field set to "other", and you add a job - it doesn't populate "other" to the job; and of course the field does not show for you to change it at the job level.  Our fix is to eliminate the VAT Country from the request, and we will just not have that field available in a customer list for UK customers.
• Fixed an issue where, if an assembly had no items in it, it would not show in the BOM explosion as an assembly or sub-assembly.
• Fix issue where minus amounts on a bill - possibly causing a 0.00 balance on the bill - did not reflect properly on paid/open amounts and line/document paid status. This affected both G/L Detail, and Job Costing.
• Correct signage for the Paid Amount Column for the following transactions: (Bug 098)
  • Inventory Transfer
  • Inventory Adjustment
  • Paycheck
  • Posting payroll adjustments
  • YTD payroll adjustments
  • Payroll liability checks
  • Sales tax payment checks

• If the amount of a bill pay check is more than the amount of the items checked to be paid, QQube was not showing the correct overpayment debits and credits.

  This can only occur when somebody goes back to a bill payment check that was auto-created via the pay bills feature in QuickBooks, and manually changes the check amount - and doesn't change the line amounts that are being paid.  Normally, If you change the line amounts, the check amount automatically changes.  This now works in QQube to accommodate this rare anomaly.

• Fixed an issue where in some QuickBooks files the payroll non-paycheck transactions were not showing in General Ledger or Payroll Analytics.  This affected both US and Canadian versions. This affected both G/L and Payroll Analytics.

INSTALLER

• When the uninstall was run from the Control Panel, it wouldn't call the various installation pieces (MSIs) that were sub-nested within the main/parent installer.  This has been fixed.
• There is now one installer to handle situations where Excel is present or not.
• Server with no QuickBooks installed stops by default.  There is an override for those cases where a server acts as a client (in multi-server networks).
• Server with QuickBooks installed – defaults to multi-user server installation, with no other options.  There is an override for those cases where we allow a single-user to be installed on the server (e.g. single user only of QuickBooks).
• Workstation with no QuickBooks installed – defaults to multi-user client, with no other options. 
• Workstation or Server acting as client - but cannot find the server e.g. because of a different subnet - has an override to be installed as a multi-user client, but without checking for the server during installation.  You can use the normal (advanced) utility within the QQube Configuration Tool to find the server at that point.
• The Install button was overlapping other buttons, and has been fixed to normal size.

EXCEL ADD-IN

• Fixed an issue that involved extreme slowness of data refreshes within Excel, for larger data sets.  Speed improvements of up to 80%

POWER BI ENHANCEMENTS

Power BI has made scores of monthly improvements to its product for the last 4 years, and we followed suit in this release to take advantage of them - to produce a more polished implementation of Power BI examples with QQube.

Field Descriptors for Bubble Text

• Power BI now has a field description property, which allows us to mimic the bubble text descriptors we currently use in our Excel Add-In.  Unfortunately, there is a bug in Power BI whereby line feeds are not recognized, so lines appear "run in".  Microsoft has this in their queue to be fixed - but has not given notice as to when.
• We have added descriptions only for the folders - and not the individual fields, until the bug is fixed.

Synonyms

• Power BI now has a synonym property which allows to create another dictionary of terms for each field for "natural language queries".  We have already renamed the fields to be more user friendly, but the default synonyms that Power BI had auto derived needed correcting in places.

Model Visualizations

• We cleaned up the data model visuals for each analytic to allow for "everything in one glance" - and to fix several incorrect (or missing) relationships.

Help References

• The tab where the references were originally listed in the .pbix examples has been renamed from "Create Your Own" to "Need Help?"

NOTE:  Rather than have two separate lookups for customer and job regarding notes, and additional contacts, QQube will keep everything under customer. To discern the difference, we have created a field called "Is Customer or Job", which will have three potential values: 

• "Customer"
• "Job"
• "Customer and Job" 

This will allow a user to filter by just customers, or just jobs using 2 of the three potential values. 

We are also including two fields in the Lookup:

• "Customer or Job Name"
• "Customer:Job Full Name"

UPGRADE IMPROVEMENTS

• Once the upgrade is complete, the data views will be refreshed so you don't need to run a manual synch in order to use the analytics in QQube.
• Upgrades will now copy old logs over to the new database.

• List of Shipping Addresses by Name

Intuit does not expose the Address Name in the actual transaction.  Rather this is just a list by customer and job. This satisfies many long term requests for this feature.

Credit Memos

• Fix issue where Subtotals were incorrect on Credit Memo transactions.

Inventory with Serial Numbers

• Fix two issues related to certain transactions where Serial Numbers or Lot Numbers are being used.
  
  • Quantity was showing as +1 instead of -1 on Vendor Credits
  • In cases of negative inventory, and where QuickBooks made an inventory adjustment, the qty was being tripled. This affected the following transactions: Bills, Vendor Credit, Check, Credit Card Charge, Credit Card Credit

General Ledger Detail - A/R Refund

• Fix three issues related to A/R Refund Transactions
  • Document Paid or Open value was showing differently on each line.  The value should be the same for both lines.
  • 0.00 Balance for A/R portion was not showing fully paid date.
  • Balance for A/R portion was not showing due date.

Multi-Currency - Rounding Adjustments

• Fix issue where rounding differences, posted to accounts other than Exchange Gain or Loss, were not showing. 

PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS

Refresh Time During Synch Process

• Fixed a bottleneck with regard to the refresh times for Purchase Order Lines on larger QB files.  In certain cases it would take hours.  It now refreshes in line with all other transactions, regardless of QuickBooks file size and number of transaction lines.

BUG FIXES

Account Dimension

• Fix issue where "dot" between account number and name was using the wrong character set. This did not affect accuracy - it was cosmetic only.

Payroll - Pro/Premiere

• Fix issue where a fix in build 472 for Duplicate TxnID in Excel PowerPivot, caused payroll data in Pro/Premier not to return data.  The root issue has now been fixed.

Profit and Loss Freestyle (and by Class)

• Fix issue where Foreign Amount is incorrect for Inventory COGS.
• Fix issue where COGS Amount for Assemblies were not showing.

Open Sales Orders

• Fix issue where invoicing more than the original sales order quantity would cause an incorrect open quantity.
• Changed the condition where a Sales Order is manually closed with open amounts remaining, to show a balance amount of 0.00 rather then the "false" open amount.

Job Cost

• Fix issue where if a service item on an invoice is posted to a cogs or expense account (as opposed to the normal posting of income) it would show income correctly, but also incorrectly a negative cost.
• Fix issue where Job Cost Materials amount from Credit Memos was missing for non-inventory items.
• Identified and fixed multiple issues where incorrect postings of inventory or assembly items would cause either cost or income to not match QQube against QB Estimates vs Actuals Report.
• Fix issue for QuickBooks Canada where GST PST on invoices, sales receipts, credit memos, were incorrectly showing as job cost income.
• Identified and fixed issue where expense posted to inventory account is not a job cost amount - when running the Estimate vs Actual report in QB.

Synch

• Fix the following issue: if you initially chose and loaded data from an analytic with a few transactions (e.g. sales or purchases) and then chose and loaded data from an analytic like general ledger AFTER the fact, QQube would throw a "mvf_xyz_index_would_not_be_unique" error in the log.

Examples - Custom Tags and Advanced Properties

• Where possible, all tags and properties for Excel, PowerPivot, Access, Crystal Reports are congruent, and can be used in Windows Explorer columns.  PowerBI does not have tags and properties at this time.

NEW FIELDS

Open Sales Orders

• QuickBooks now calculates the remaining Sales Order Amounts based upon the actual amounts (e.g. actual rates on the invoice), not the theoretical amount based upon the remaining qty times the original sales order rate. We have created new fields that will keep the existing invoiced and amount fields as they are - and aliased with the appendage of "SO Rate" (new columns show Actual Rate).

BUG FIXES

All Detail Analytics

• Existing Fully Paid Dates and Due Dates where listed as one date in the traditional data dimensions, and yet another in the new single date dimensions.  They have been fixed to be both correct and congruent. (Bug 001)
• Item Custom Fields 13,14,15 were not returning data in transactions.  This has been fixed (Bug 025)

Job Costing

• Fix Issue where Received Income in Job Cost Analytic did not match Act Revenue in the Job Estimates vs Actuals Summary (Bug 012)
• Fix Issue where open Job A/P Balance was not matching QB Reporting.  Now matches Unpaid Bills by Job. (Bug 013)
• Fix issue where line item on deposit and assigned to a job name, was missing from income. (Bug 023)

Inventory

• There are cases where QB creates COGS for assemblies where negative inventory exists.  While QQube accounted for this, it wasn't showing.  Second related issue was having an incorrect COGS account.  These have both been fixed. (Bug 030)

Payroll (General Ledger Detail, Profit and Loss Detail, and Job Costing)

• Fix issue where pay check total document amount was missing. (Bug 018)
• Fix issue where pay check paid status was mislabeled (parentheses should not have existed around 'Paid'). (Bug 019)
• For QB Canadian Premier, payroll was loading but not appearing. (Bug 008)

General Ledger Detail (Pro/Premier Only)

• Because of limitations in the Intuit SDK for multi-currency, ARRefunds was omitted from the General Ledger Detail.  This has now been fixed to allow ARRefunds from Pro/Premier - however multi-currency adjustments for Gain/Loss on Exchange Rate will still be missing. QB Enterprise remains ok. (Bug 026)

Profit and Loss Detail

• Fix Issue where Currency Code and Memo fields were reversed on A/R Refund Transaction. (Bug 022)

52/53 Tax Year Profit and Loss by Class

• Fix Issue where the same amounts for each account were being reflected for each class rather than the correct amount. (Bug 020)

Accounts Payable

• A Billed Date Field showed in the Excel Add-In for the Open A/P Analytic, and if clicked on would throw an error.  This field existed in error, as it is only available for Open A/R. This has been fixed. (Bug 031)

Voided Check, Credit Card Charge, Credit Card Credit

• Null Value was not converted to 0.00 causing Excel Pivot Tables to not automatically sum (Excel would default to Count). Null will always be 0.00 from now on for this scenario. (Bug 015)

Fiscal Year Calendar

• Fix issue where the fiscal year calendar dimension was not getting populated. This affected the following analytics: (Bug 011)

52/53 Year Calendar

• Fix issue where 52/53 Calendar Dimension was not populating correctly when chosen from the First Time Setup Wizard. (Bug 014)

Source Name

• When a list item is missing, the marker says (No Vendor Name) or (No Service Item).   No Source Name was incorrectly missing the parentheses.  This has been fixed. (Bug 029)

Excel Add-In

• Choosing the field "Customer is Sales Rep" would throw and Excel Add-In error.  This field was removed years ago, but remained in the Excel Add-In field alias list.  This has now also been removed. (Bug 016)
• Fix issue for upgrading customers, where updating spreadsheets containing Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss from prior versions - and built with the Excel Add-In, were not upgrading properly. (Bug 032)

Microsoft Access

• Change formatting (see "changes to formatting definitions" in the Improvements Section Below) to numeric (13,2) for amounts (Exception for line applied and open amounts - which are now decimal(20,6), numeric (16,5) for quantities, rates,and percentages, and (15,6) for exchange rate.  Previously, Access was unable to read larger (and unnecessary) definitions as text. (Bug 017)

Excel PowerPivot

• Errors for "duplicated TxnID" may appear in some circumstances as a result of Enterprise Paycheck information.  This has been fixed. (Bug 027)
• Although near impossible, an issue was found where "duplicated TxnID" errors would show as a result of duplicate id from different transactions in the General Ledger.  Using QB Enterprise for payroll and for some parts of assembly, the transaction_id and target_id can be the same.  This has been fixed (Bug (028)

Formatting

• As a result of investigating Bug 017 for Microsoft Access, we have changed the field formatting for all FACT and new vdf_DIMENSION tables to ensure consistent behavior. Generally formatting is left to the presentation layer - but tools like Access have specific requirements as to what they are *capable* of reading.
• Column types are cast as follows:
  • Document Transaction Number - Integer
  • A/R or A/P Interval Days, Avg Days to Pay, Days Paid Beyond Terms - Integer
  • Custom Fields - Varchar (31)
  • All Quantity Fields - Numeric(16,5)

Fully Paid Dates

• The rules for this date is as follows:
  • All posting transactions that can appear in A/R or A/P will have no fully paid date value if open, and a Fully Paid Date if Paid.
  • All other posting transactions that cannot / do not appear in A/R or A/P will use the Txn Date as the Fully Paid Date.

Due Dates

• We now address transactions that have no due date in the SDK, but could appear in A/R or A/P - and were not handled correctly in earlier versions of QQube.
  • Check, Credit Card Charge, Credit CardCredit, A/R Refund, Deposit, Journal Entry, Unapplied and over Payments, etc.
• The rules for this date is as follows:
  • All posting and non-posting transactions which have a naturally occurring due date field will use the SDK results for that field as the due date
  • All posting transactions which don't have a due date field, but have open A/R or A/P lines will use the txn date as the due date, otherwise there is no due date.

Document Amount Rules and Signage Rules

• Document Total is always a positive number.
• Document Applied is what is applied to A/P or A/R (negative number).
• Document Open is what is remaining for either open A/R or A/P (positive number).
• Documents that cannot be A/R or A/P - or have no lines that are A/R or A/P - are neither applied nor open e.g. 0.00

Line Open/Paid Amounts Rules and Signage Rules

• Line Paid is what is paid (as opposed to applied).
  1. Sales Receipt is always fully paid and fully applied.
  2. If the transaction is an invoice, credit memo, statement charge, bill, vendor credit then both A/R|A/P and Non A/R|A/P is partially paid if partially applied. (this is necessary for job costing, sales, purchasing).
  3. If the transaction is A/R Refund, Deposit, Check, CCCharge, CCCredit, Journal Entry, Bill Pay Check, Bill Pay CCard, then only A/R|A/P posting lines are partially paid/applied.  Non A/R|A/P lines are always fully paid - again for job costing, sales, purchasing.
  4. Payroll Transactions and Inventory Transactions are always fully paid per line, but never applied (as in Document Open/Paid).
  5. Line Open is what is remaining for either open A/R or A/P where applicable. (*B,*C)

You can now choose Line Open Amounts in the General Ledger Detail Analytic, filtering for either A/R or A/P account(s) and match to QB Open A/R or A/P reports (for all dates) respectively.

• Due to severe limitations in the Intuit SDK (and even custom reporting feature in Enterprise) there were potential problems in the original method we used to display this information.  It has been reworked but with certain caveats, to ensure that quantities and G/L Amounts are always correct.

Here is the new scenario with respect to Build Assemblies:

• Enterprise will have all details, including class, UofM, Site, and Bin Location, $ anad Qty, and serial #/lot # - should match 99.99% of the time.
• Pro/Premier will not have line class, uofm (and of course no site and bin location) dollars and qty should be ok.
• For both Enterprise and Pro/Premier - there will be limitations on available information for Pending Assemblies. e.g. no accounts, line class, uofm,.  But the important parts will be there e.g. qty, site id, bin location for the inventory analytic.

• GST.PST - Candian Versions. Fixed issue where GST/PST not showing on General Ledger detail for checks, bills, vendor credits, credit card charge, credit card credit.

  • Fiscal Year. Fix problem with inaccurate amounts for shortcut columns .eg. current month, last month, etc.
  • Year Amounts.  Fix issue where year amounts were incorrect for any calendar or fiscal year.
• Financial Statements by Class. Fix issue where a QB company file had a large number of classes, and would cause a crash during the extraction process.

52/53 Calendar

• Fix 5-4-4 Weekly Date Configuration 

Audit Trail

• Fix issue with incorrect summary account
• Fix case where item would have been voided, and then opened, and then voided again.
• Fix line algorithm to correct duplicate line id errors in Excel PowerPivot and PowerBi.

Bank Transfers

• Fix issue with bank transfers and multiple companies where the correct amounts showed on the initial synch, but not on subsequent synchs

Billing Rate. Fix issue where Billing Rate by item contains more than 3 figures... e.g. with comma, and wouldn't convert to number

Build Assemblies.  Fix issue where transaction item description was not showing.

Financial Summary Reports. Fix rare issue where, when using account numbers, and the Parent Account was similar - but with one character LESS than - the Child Account, Financial Summary and Financial Summary Reports by Class would not appear correctly, or disappear altogether.

Fixed Assets. Fix null values not properly formatted as 0.00

General Ledger Detail

• Fix line algorithms to correct lineid errors in Excel PowerPivot and PowerBI, for the following transactions: Payroll, Payroll Adjustment, Payroll YTD Adjustment, Payroll Liability Liability Check, and Inventory Assembly.
• Fix Current Open Balances on certain transactions in the General Ledger Analytic.

Payroll

• Fix issue with Payroll Liability Check, where Incorrect ClassID would cause right truncation error.
• Changed length of Employee Disability Field from 25 to 40 characters per Intuit specs.

Profit and Loss by Job (Enterprise Only).  Fix issue where if a budget was missing for a whole year (within the 3 year period setup in the QQube Configuration Tool), the actuals would not show.

Sales.  Fix occurrence on sales transactions to show quantity as 0 where quantity was null, but amount and percentage where greater than 0.  This now matches QuickBooks Reporting.

Sales Tax

• Fix incorrect Group Sales Tax Item Rate in Sales Tax Item DIMENSION
• Fix issue In Sales Tax Analytic, where using an item that was default taxable - and used in a Statement Charge - would not show as accrued taxable sales, as in QB reports.
• Fix case where Sales Tax may get turned off, after having been used, and using the field from Item Sales Tax Code would cause information not to show.
• Fix Long Standing Sales Tax Analytic Issue: "Subquery cannot return more than one row sp_CREATE_SUBJECT_SALESTAX", refresh materialized view "mvf_STAXInvoice".

Presentation Clean-Up in Excel PowerPivot. If the name of the main folder/table/tab was changed in PowerPivot, then the Presentation Clean-Up for Financial Summary Subjects was not available.  This has been fixed - including Profit and Loss Detail.
