You perform a new or upgrade install of QQube - and it shows to be successful. Then you open up the QQube Configuration Tool and see this message:
The cause is due to a bug in previous installers where the registry information was not getting written properly.
Click on OK, then on the next window, you click on the 3 dots next to the database path and navigate to this directory: C:\Users\Public\Documents\CLEARIFY\QQube Tool. Then choose the qqube(xyz).db - which is the latest .db file - and then save.
