A CLEARIFY® support representative may request your log, and ask you to include advanced logging information.
To turn this feature on, open up the QQube Configuration Tool and highlight the Synch Logs section (on the left hand side as shown below), then Hold the Ctrl Key down, and then double click anywhere on the phrase "Synchronizer Log Entries" at the top of the QQube Configuration Tool.
When you do this successfully, you will see a "+" sign to the right of "Synchronizer Log Entries" - meaning that advanced logging is turned on.
