QQube Licensing

The QQube Configuration Tool allows you to view the current license,  and activate a license for either new or renewal subscription purchases.

Viewing your License Information

1. License ID
2. Subscription Expiration Date
3. Single-User or Multi-User
4. # of Concurrent Users in a Multi-User License
5. Number of QuickBooks companies allowed simultaneously in a QQube Database.
6. Versions
   1. Main Application
   2. Procedures
   3. Database
7. Available Updates

[1] De-activating your License

Use the Deactivation option when you are planning to move QQube do a new or different server.  The deactivation will add an available activation to be used later.

[2] Activating your License

If you have a Multi-User Installation you only activate ONCE on the server.  When you install the Multi-User Client on the workstations, the QQube Configuration Tool will connect to the server to authenticate.

Then create a ticket for support so they can reset your activations.
