Dynamic Named Range (Raw Data Lists)

Dynamic QuickBooks List Reports in Excel provide a convenient way to look at the transaction detail which QQube has transformed from QuickBooks.

While Pivot Tables provide an easier way to automatically subtotal and analyze measures in a quick and efficient manner, List Reports are useful for:

• Using as a platform for providing final cell calculations in other parts of your spreadsheet.
• Allowing you to create custom calculations - and then creating a pivot table from the resulting data. thereby bypassing the need to use PowerPivot.
• Comparing accounts, names across multiple companies, using the various lists provided under the Company Setup Analytic.

NOTE: You can cut and paste a column in a range list to move it and change the order.

Limitations

However there are two particular limitations of note:

• You can't insert blank rows or columns
• You can't create subtotals (notice it is greyed out below)
