We salute one of our Top QQube Certified Partners, Ernest Cook, who was recently presented the Legionnaire of the Year Award and Recruiter of the Year Award from American Legion Post 113 in Meridian, Idaho.
Society rewards highly visible athletes, entertainers, or anybody going “viral” – whether they deserve our praise and attention or not.
But often times the real heroes are those who better their communities with little fanfare, monetary award, or recognition.
To the Intuit and QQube communities, he is a hard working, intelligent QQube Solution Provider and a Power BI guru.
But to our team, Ernest is a valued Army Veteran, and somebody we look up to with great admiration. He is OUR hero.
In recognition of exceptional service and dedication, we proudly present the Legionnaire of the Year award to Ernest Cook.
Ernest has demonstrated remarkable leadership, commitment, and innovation to the American Legion and Post 113. His recruitment efforts have strengthened our community with twenty-two new and transfer members.
In addition to serving as the Post 113 Second Vice Commander for Programming and Operations, he has chaired the Post 113 Finance Committee, the Post 113 Building Committee, and served on the Post 113 Honor Guard. He has also led the District 3 Bylaw Committee and represented the Department of Idaho at the FY 2025 Constitutional Amendments Convention Committee Meeting.
His commitment to community engagement is reflected in the creation and maintenance of the successful Waffle Wednesday breakfast program, a new scholarship fund, and a quarterly blood drive. Additionally, he actively participated in presentations to assisted living residents for Veterans Day.
Through his unwavering dedication, innovative initiatives, and exceptional leadership, Ernest Cook has truly embodied the spirit and values of the American Legion. It is with great appreciation that we present him with the Legionnaire of the Year award.
