We’ve refreshed the CLEARIFY and QQube brands, updated our website and Support Center, and created a consistent experience across our website, store, documentation, and reporting examples.
Over the past several months, we have been working through a broad update of the CLEARIFY website, QQube Support Center, and the overall presentation of CLEARIFY and QQube.
The changes include refreshed branding, updated reporting examples, clearer product messaging, and a consistent visual experience across our sites.
The goal has been to make everything customers see—from the website to the Support Center—feel current, connected, and unmistakably part of CLEARIFY.
A Fresh CLEARIFY and QQube Identity
One of the most visible changes is the refreshed visual identity for both CLEARIFY and QQube.
The CLEARIFY logo and QQube wordmark have been modernized, giving the company and product a cleaner, more contemporary appearance. That branding now carries consistently through the website, store, Support Center, reporting examples, and other customer-facing materials.
The goal was not simply to change the logos. We wanted the visual presentation of CLEARIFY and QQube to better reflect the product today while creating a recognizable identity wherever customers interact with us.
Combined with clearer organization and updated product messaging, the result is a cohesive CLEARIFY experience.
A Clearer Explanation of What QQube Does
Another important part of the update has been simplifying how we describe QQube.
QQube is more than a connection to QuickBooks. It organizes and prepares QuickBooks data into comprehensive reporting models so customers can focus on building reports rather than assembling the underlying reporting structure themselves.
Relationships, accounting logic, calculations, and reporting structure are already prepared for the reporting subject being used.
The result is a much simpler message:
QQube organizes and prepares your QuickBooks data. You just build the report in the application that best fits your needs.
That same explanation is now being used consistently throughout the website and supporting materials.
Reporting Comes First
We also reorganized the website around the questions customers are actually trying to answer.
Instead of beginning with technical database concepts, the site now focuses first on the business information available for reporting: financial statements, customers and receivables, vendors and payables, job costing, inventory, payroll, audit history, and other QuickBooks reporting subjects.
From there, customers can see how QQube works with the reporting applications they already use, including Excel, Power BI, Power Pivot, Microsoft Access, Crystal Reports, and Tableau.
The reporting application and the business information are separate choices. QQube prepares the information so customers can use the application that makes the most sense for the report they need to create.
Updated Reporting Examples
We have also spent considerable time updating the examples used throughout the website.
Rather than relying on generic product descriptions, the site now shows actual QQube reporting output. Excel PivotTables, Power BI dashboards, financial statements, audit reports, job-cost reports, inventory analysis, and other examples demonstrate what customers can build using the prepared information available through QQube.
The goal is to make it easier to understand not only what information is available, but what that information can become once it reaches the reporting application.
Support Content That Matches the Product
The same cleanup is taking place in the QQube Support Center.
Technical documentation still needs to be technical. Customers configuring QQube or working with a specific reporting model need exact field names, model details, instructions, and limitations.
What we have improved is the consistency between that documentation and the rest of the QQube experience.
Terminology, reporting-model descriptions, application references, examples, and supporting explanations are being aligned so customers do not encounter one description on the website and a different one when they reach the documentation.
One CLEARIFY Experience – Three Sites
We have also brought a consistent look and feel to clearify.com, store.clearify.com, and support.clearify.com.
Each site continues to serve its own purpose, but they now look and feel like parts of the same CLEARIFY experience. Branding, visual style, terminology, and presentation now carry from one site to the next, so moving between the website, store, and Support Center feels like working with one cohesive company.
The Same QQube, Presented Better
QQube has always been built around a straightforward idea: QuickBooks reporting should not require every customer to reconstruct the underlying reporting model before creating the report they actually need.
The refreshed branding, updated reporting examples, clearer product messaging, improved Support Center content, and unified presentation across our sites now provide a better reflection of QQube and CLEARIFY today and for the eventual production of QQube for QBO tomorrow.
