QQube for QuickBooks Version 5.65 (Build 333) | CLEARIFY

Release Details - October 23, 2014

Overview

This is a full install and will upgrade versions 4.1 thru 5.x in place.  Those with versions before Version 4.1 will need to uninstall that previous version before installing 5.6

Instructions

Current users of QQube will be sent notices and upgrade options.  New users need to request the link for a trial download. Installation instructions will be found here.

New Features

• QuickBooks 2015. R1 from Intuit produced custom fields out of expected alphabetical order, and R3 produced changes in the custom field structures.  This release will restore the alphabetical list of QuickBooks custom fields, which has existed since day one of our product; and will accommodate the new custom field structures.
• Multi-Currency.  A bug has existed for many months in the Intuit Software Development Kit regarding the General Ledger details of a special account created by Intuit for Exchange Gain/Loss of Currency.  Intuit found a workaround for us, and this has been implemented in this version of QQube.
• Customer Information.  Added Customer Resale Number

Bug Fixes

• Multi-Currency.  Fix issue with CA Multi-Currency Version where PST should be included in G/L Line item Figure for Check, Bills, and Credit Card Charges.
• Multi-Currenty Rounding issues. Fix rounding issues where mulitple linked transactions might cause the Gain/Loss to show a rounding error.  This was fixed for Receive Payments, Bill Payment Checks, and Bill Payment Credit Cards.
