I am unable to get past the "Installation Options" screen. This forces me to select the "Multi-User - Client" option but I only want the "Single User Edition". What am I doing wrong?
If you are installing on a machine where a copy of QuickBooks desktop is not installed, you will only get that option. In the future please submit a ticket as shown here: https://clearify.com/support
I think I misread your website. I understood this product worked with QuickBooks Enterprise and not just for the Desktop product...
QuickBooks Enterprise is a desktop product. So, if I upgrade from QuickBooks online Plus to QuickBooks online Advanced I should be able to install QQube as a "Single User Edition"?
No. QQube does not work with any of the QBO editions. We are still a desktop based product. We should have a version of QQube for QBO later this year. Desktop based products are Pro, Premier, Enterprise.
