I just updated to the new version and now I am getting this error message when I go to do a date refresh in power pivot.
How do I reconnect to the data source?
Please go ahead and create a support ticket for engineering, by submitting the latest log as shown here: https://clearify.com/support
If you want to make comments after the log is submitted, please add them to that ticket, as well as the picture.
At that point engineering will have enough information to be able to assist you.
When I click on "Send to Clearify support" I get this error message.
We have notified our website vendor of this issue.
In the mean time, you can just manually create a ticket, highlight the log, check "verbose logs", open up the log, save as a text file, and attach to your ticket - with a comment. (Without a comment it won't post),
