  • We have paid support but cannot get in contact with the support team. No response. How do we get help for error 80040414?

    Our admin reached out to you via e-mail. 

    You are not getting the auto-sent responses from our engineers, as your ticket was answered shortly after you had submitted it.

    If you go to the original ticket you created (which is also listed in the personal e-mail sent), you can see the response from our engineers to your multiple issues.

    You may need to check your spam filters to ensure that you are able to receive the auto-responses.
