Fully Paid Date in QQube is defined as "the last day an applied transaction causes the original transaction to be 0.00". It could be a payment, credit, etc.
It is used for Commission reports using the Invoice transaction, and analyzing bills to be paid.
NOTE: QuickBooks uses a different definition of Fully Paid Date on invoices as: The date of the last payment. (There may be additional credits applied at a later date, but QuickBooks ignores them in their fully paid definition).
QQube has had its own definition years before QuickBooks came out with the feature, and keeps its own definition for legacy usage.
