Combines both Sales Tax Group Items, and Sales Tax Items and is specific to the Sales and Open Sales Orders data models. The reason for a separate Document Sales Tax Item DIMENSION is that you can use Sales Tax items on a line, say in a Sales Receipt.  This discerns between the two.
